Pathetic and unfriendly regulations from HDFC bank. Charging for depositing in non-home branch? What sort of rule is this? Then why there is need of opening Soo many branches? Totally unfair and disappointed. Being with this bank for more than 7+ years, this is my experience at last.

The people who work here are the most dishonest people, yes i'm talking about the bank staf. If you are in any kind of emergency and need quick banking services then dont go there. They will make sure that you are in much more trouble. They will tell your request will be done in 24 hours but i'm nt sure for them how much exactly is the 24 hours ??????? is it 5 days or 10days??. As a bank/organisation, if it is not suitable for you, then don't commit that it will be done in so and so hours/days. Respect customer's time.

Hi Everyone, This is a Bank with all irresponsible responses. In this I have submitted a account closing form and they not respond to it. After submitting the account closing form they have not given any acknowledgement but I asked the teller and bank authority person he told no acknowledgement will not be there for it. Because next day I visited another branch they told they have not processed any of my application and also they give me the acknowledgement also. Please leader ship people need to guide them with proper knowledge and same with the teller also. And the teller in the bank is not responding properly. They will not respond properly to the customer.

This hdfc bank is very bad in terms of customer service. I had a very bad experience. One of the lady staff, I don't remember her name (but her name ends with akbar).She was very rude for a simple cheque deposit process. My salary amount is still not processed as I was told it will processed after 4pm. Very rude behaviour, she told me to meet their manager if I had any problem with her. Please learn to talk to customers, we don't expect you to be polite, but DO NOT BE RUDE. People will give you nicely if you talk like this to them ever again madam. And most importantly, why the hell is there only 1 single teller sitting. I highly recommend to go other hdfc branch and report a complaint against this branch.

The only thing I expected was to know my customer id, no one in the bank responded. It is more than 10 days now but my information is not given. I cannot do net transaction, mobile app transaction, cannot even open my hdfc account statement without customer id. I am having an account there, how much time will it take to check and give customer id...It is not user friendly system for account holders, Very poor service...

Pathetic Service Ever!!!! The only ask I had was updating my adrress, which they could not meet. I was earlier working with Accenture and recently moved to the other organisation. Despite reaching out to the bank officials several times every now and then they keep on asking me to get some or the other document. The day when I go to them with the required documents,the only answer they give me is it is not accepatble now. Now, my question is are you sure what you want? I reached out to the BTM Branch, the bank Manager Namita Sharma she asked me to get the employment letter from my current organisation, which I got. Now If i try to reach out to her no response. I tried reaching out to the Slary Team, which sits in BTM again no update. Despite visiting them in person for couple of times. Initially I had this impression that you are the best bank under private banner, but looks like you have deteriorated your brand value with such employees. Now, the question which comes to me is whether I should continue their service. I strongly urge people not to go ahead with them, they are quite misleading. It's better to go with government banks. they work quite efficiently compared to these people. I must with SBI my issue was resolved in an hour.

very worst service..... don’t treat ur customers like slave... you are only there to service public.... don’t think that you are the only bank in india... once people decide that’s it... keep in mind and work... worst worst worst... help the customer happily.... if you don’t want to service... please stay home and stay safe..

The Bankers speak only in Hindi, Don't even try to communicate in the Kannada. Seems like they are only interested in serving Hindi Customers and not Kannada Speaking Customers, not to say they are very arrogant.
