★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on 6 October to this bank .... I had a major issue with my transaction .. I met ms sulakshna kumari a personal banker authorizer ... She gave me her card as well but now when i call her to knw ..she is least interested to anwer .. and my call get rejected automatically .. I think going to this bank make sure u meet the branch manager coz other will be least interested to answer ur query ... It's been 7 days still there is no solution to my problem ... If u guys can't give solution atleast pick the call and tell that we r incapable to answer the query ... So that we can find other alternative .. worst service provided by this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 1 star rating only because it is not possible to give a rating lower than this. Recently, I applied for a new chequebook (to be collected from the branch by account holder). I received an sms on 6.3.22 that the chequebook will arrive at the branch soon and I should contact the branch after 3 working days. When I contacted the branch on 10th and again on 11th, I was told by the female handling the Helpdesk that the chequebook is yet to arrive. When the branch reopened after the weekend on 14th, I again went to the branch and again the female told the same story. When I persisted, she checked her records and came up with the nugget that the chequebook was given to a courier by the branch and the same has already been delivered to the right person on 7th of March itself. So far (till the time of writing), neither I nor anybody from my family has received the chequebook. The worst part is that nobody at the branch including the seniors is ready to accept that they made a mistake or to offer any solution. It seems that even a simple apology is beyond the capacity of the seniors of the branch.
This branch has a track record of very bad service. In my case, it had taken them almost one year to add another name to a savings account. Even getting a bank statement is a difficult task at this branch. In the case of another savings account that I have at this branch, they have not yet managed to send me a debit card despite three years having passed after making the request.
If there is any competition held for the worst bank branch in terms of customer service, I am sure that HDFC Bank of Patrakar Nagar, Kankarbagh will come at the top (with the female handling the Helpdesk getting the prize of Champion of Champions).
