Very poor service. Relationship Manager never has time. Very slow in rtgs clearing and check clearing. Lots of mistakes made by the branch. Always loose the forms and applications. Horrible customer experiences. I am Current account holder, and lots of cheating and unfair practice by the bank. Looking to switch.

If you have any queries then make sure you visit a different branch or get help online. They have no solutions whatsoever or can't even connect you to the right people.

I having very worst experience, Manager don't have any sense how to behave with the customer, some of the executive are uneducated they will simply tell go to that/this counter, and you will be just moving around the bank, they don't have any respect of customer time. I got very disappointed here and wasted my half day even for the small work they will just misguide you if you don't know about the what you are looking for. I don't know what these guys are understanding their self.

Poor service, they tell you to do online services and also ask you to visit the brach and waste time for more than 5 hours to 6 hours. But it is completely online work, hardly takes 2mins. These people waste our time and their time too. Worst experience ever. Branch Manager has to be changed. I visted this branch during COVID19, they asked me to come, and made me wait for 5 hours and said the work has to be done online and made us do it there. They can allot people to do it from home itself instead of wasting time and energy. Change your system and improve it. Help others to complete their work from where they are, even your branch will get improved. I request you not to waste people time, there are people who are not educated also and they are not aware of things that your doing. Do not trouble the public who depends on you and visit there. What ever it might be they ask you to visit their branch for compulsory, they tell it's policy to do online work and must visit there even for online work. Online work can be done from where we are, it's not necessary and required to visit their branch.

This was the worst experienc with a bank ,they promised some services for my account but they are denying it now,the person who opened my account is so rude now,when I call him up.he is like now double your minimum balance,then I will provide those services. People in kh road do go for idbi bank,it is a super customer based bank,with complete clarity,n very good employees, Hdfc has the worst customer interaction

They always blame the customer and charge bounce charges and other charges unwantedly dont know it is credit card brank or saving AC# they always tell to go to other branches.

The worst experience one should have with any bank The manager & the sub manager don't know the basics of talking to a customer. Inexperience staff The manager treats the customer like servants A real black mark on hdfc bank image I would give negative rating to the branch

Horrible experience! Had requested for an update for my bank account which they had told me would be done in 3 days. It has been 27 days now and it is still not done! The lady (Ms. Suguna), who is managing my request, is extremely irresponsible and unreliable. Despite innumerable requests, she maintains a completely indifferent attitude, does not do what she promises and makes her customers suffer. If you really want some bank service to be done, please avoid going to this branch and instead visit any other branch with better ratings. If you go here, you'll sure be taken for a ride!
