★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are charge consolidation charges for every month. From my account deducted approximately August 700+, SEP 200, Oct 700+, , Dec 600+ GST extra... Approximately 2500+ deducted. Why they charged this much of amount every month. Customer care service not respond. Pls don't open account at Axis Bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst worst bank I never saw in my life because They are treating costumers like that I closed my account on 7th date today's date 21st but still my account showing active and they are not responding any calls and mails and they are taken money for closing for account they i complaint to the manager then they are give my money like this they are working if customer didn't ask any thing there money and all gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, came here coz my debit card has expired and wanted to reissue a new one, the person there was annoying to say the least and when I pressed on the matter, they said they do not have priority debit card in stock. I came out with no solution. Its sad seeing axis bank has dropped so low. Gonna close the account and move on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. This is my home branch, I went there to check y they charge me 700 and a 500 evry month. They couldn't find y. I waited and waited then lost my patience and left. Got frustrated again with 1200 charge every month so came back still they couldn't find. Mostly they say "Server Down" and they charge hell lot of money for this aweful service. This time I went to a different branch. They told I had cheque bounce 6months back and that's y they charge. At last I paid the 200rs and got rid of 1200 charge. For 200rs they were charging me 1200 for almost 6 months. Pathetic service.
