They are taking more than 3years to update mobile number.
When I draw money or when money credited to my account I'm not getting any msg they are saying net problem...
And none of them don't know Kannada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have account in your Shanthinagar(IOBA0000136) Branch Bangalore. When I went there to ask, "Anu" your employee behaved in ill , nonprofessional manner. She made me wait for more than half an hour without even properly requesting. She was on personal call for more than 15 minutes talking to her relatives, laughing when I was waiting for no reason.
When Asked how long it takes, she rudely said go and sit. I went and complained to Manager also, in front of him she behaved politely, and again when she came out as usual behaved with "I don't care attitude".
Shanthinagar Branch is very calm , with very less customers unlike banks like SBI , but still there are employees who are making customers life hell. Please take some strict action on her. I am really disappointed. When I get time I will close all my accounts from your branch because of foolish employee of yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for reissue new debit card & applied for check book. Almost one month over no information I got either bank received debit card & check book. I asked bank employee why debit card or check book not send directly my home address whatever updated in your system. Simply they denied & told bank not send directly customer address. Customer will collect here in bank. Even lots of mail I send regarding status of debit card & check book but notification till I received either bank received or not.
I don't know why iob bank not directly send to customer address. Even staff behavior is very rudely.
