Since one month I m having prob wit my atm card, i hv been to bank 8-9 tines, cald them up done wit everything... they r jus playing wit us wasting our time... Leaving all our wrk, if we go thr nonone respond anythn properly .. worst experience Eva!!!

β β β β β I have been a customer for this branch since the last 11 years and I can tell you the premise has not changed much except the new cheque deposit and the passbook updating machines. However, I am satisfied with the services rendered. Way to go fellas. Good luck!

β β β β β Never take ownership for any issues... Never get updated on any of the problems ...for any issues call the call center... But the call center say please contact Branch office for any issues.... My issue is pending for more then a year... Now they say you can go to RBI to get this problem solved.... Approx 8k is stuck with them....Today's update that the bank say the translation is done so they have closed the complaint and say please contact customer care center which is in Mangalore.......? Now i have sent all the trail mail Nodal officer let see...waiting to hear from Nodal officer....
