★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trupti the receptionist has no knoledge .Also was very casual about procedures and was displaying my personal information to all customers . Asked many personal questions and made LOT of goof ups on my query.Iam very very disapointed with hdfcbank staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking experience. Irresponsible staff. Front desk executive has no knowledge of process. My address change experience for bank account and credit card has been horrible. Even after raising complaints they don't work. They took my application but didn't work further on it and didn't even contact me stating any reasons/issues. The bank contact number mentioned just goes to IVR with limited options. After raising complaints they come for address verification but again stops the process. I have raised a second complaint now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is possibly the worst branch I have ever visited. It has taken them 5 months to open an NRI account; and it takes threats of closing your account for them to respond to simple emails asking for confirmations and basic data.
Hands down, the singular reason I've closed my account with HDFC bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non professional people. Service is not good. They don't have standards . I had 2 accounts. I closed both the accounts because of their services.while closing they will say you that we will mail you and they won't close the account and make you pay for non operative account .To close my account I have paid 2800. Such a pathetic people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience and slow process with no sense of urgency and leave apart the customer centric service. Another horrible experience is how the branch manager /senior Treated the staff and yelling at them publicly. So disgusted to hear such stuff from the so called Best Private bank of india. Utterly unprofessional. Hope they address this and surely moving to another bank is on my mind after banking with HDFC for 15 yrs .
