They have no knowlege of anything apart from the options in online banking which you may be able to do youself. if anyone planning to with an issue expecting that you would get a solution, don't waste your time... They should just shut the branch as it is of no use. I did contact the CS, they asked to vist the neatest branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic branch of ICICI bank. Staff doesn’t have any basic understanding of Customer Service and speak rudely for basic stuff like KYC updation. Aditya from this branch is such a useless person giving further bad name to the Bank and Branch!!! Would like to Negative points, if possible.
Just AVOID this branch even in case you have to go to ICICI Bank for some reasons!!!
