★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudulent activities going on with my account, they deduct money without your permission using your details within half an hour 1800 got deducted for no reason per month you people deduct 500 saying maintenance charge. Rude staff not coperative at all when you ask reason for deduction, worse bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic, rude & extremely unprofessional staff. Especially the lady is suppose to be helping people when they get it, she rudely ask's people to call the call center and not come to the bank. Asked me to leave. Never recommend this branch to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancel the credit card as I never wanted it in first place. You guys told lies then you sent the card home and then i am getting charged 1700 just for the card haven't even used once. I am tired of contacting you guys. Have mentioned to all your representatives to cancel my credit card and nothing happened so far. It's annoying now. Please have the manager contact me.
