★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all pathetic service. i have been charged many times for ECS. eventhough it was in moratorium. now the height is i got charged for ECS even before the deduction date. when asked they are saying it was by mistake. and from here onwords we can not assure you that the amount will be reversed.
that means for HDFC bank's mistake i will have to bear the charges. isn't that amazing. when we talk politely these people start to argue when we raise are voice they lower their's. what kind of professionalism is this. worst Bank and worst people working around here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It will be helpful for the bank's image if they teach their staff to talk politely to customers. There are many banks who can offer us much better services. With one terrible staff you might lose lot of customers and with that image of the bank, which has been earned after the years of efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal banker has approached me, i requested for change of my address, so far one month time has passed now she is not responding to my calls. This is the training bank has given to them.. This bank has also lost their ethics and employees have no any standard but only begging for insurance.. HDFC bank is proving worst day by day. Not recommended for one star.
