★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service, their employees are not ready to cooperate with the customer, they just think of their comfort, if there is anything related to their branch then they will put their hands on the keyboard, otherwise they don't even see your request only, they will just try to get rid of non home brach customers by saying to them that ur KYC is not updated, our system is not working and so on.
And let me tell you the speed of their service, worst in any branch of SBI I ever visited.
If u have any urgent work to do and you have a very little time to spend, please don't visit, they will take minimum 25-30 minutes of your time for a smallest of work.
Let me let you my experience, i visited this branch for 3 times for 3 different work.
First, deposit of cheque: I was having account in other state beach, and i want to deposit my cheque for clearing, but they just refuse to accept my cheque just by saying, that ur account is other state branch, who will put so much of effort to find ur Account details ur brach code and other silly reason.
And I am depositing cheque in other branchs of SBI from last 2 years..
Second incidence was of changing my net banking profile password and 3rd for depositing cash, on all the 3 occasion i haven't got an satisfactory service..non of my work is get it done by their branch employees..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a queue with handicapped person. The person stepped forward and said i can't stand for a long...The officer arrogantly said that go in the line otherwise sit on the chair...
The attitude and arrogance level of the staff is at another level..
If you want to check your patience level please visit this Bank ? and this branch has special power for not giving clear information at one time.
Private banks are far far better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lethargic staff, they keep on just doing their work, while customers stand in lines endlessly. I needed a new debit card but had to do rounds of this branch 5 time, still not received my card, extremely lousy staff, no creditability. no accountability. They just say call a phone banker and their stupid phone bankers say goto branch. After wating one an half month had to go and complaint to the branch manager. Guess what still not received for my card. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhh.
