★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff they show a lot of attitude for no reason.An elderly staff taking care of account and cheque books need to learn some ethics to speak with people.They are customers and you are there to serve them.So keep that attitude with you and do your job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff consists of elderly people mostly, but they aren't the problem, problem is with the middle aged people who tend to cause trouble to people-of-valuable-time. The staff "SOMETIMES" gets annoying and irritating which kind of affects us also and that is the reason why many people have closed their account there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian Overseas Bank is one of the oldest nationalised bank in the viicnity and providing almost all services.Now gold loan also started at the branch.Housing loan -NO processing charge during festival season and lowest interet rate .Peak hours is 9 to 1 PM only and 2 to 3 pm is very convenient time as no rush.May communicate with branch email id [email protected] very good digital products .Encourage to use digital products and meet manager for any support .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank is charging unnecessary for debit card charges sms charge and without customer confirmation they give insurance and deducting charges for insurance amount from the account who has given this rights to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with bank staff ...they only force for open the account from their bank for complete their target ...but not giveing the proper service ...and The staff has no manners how to talk with costumer s.. The staff "SOMETIMES" gets annoying and irritating which kind of affects us also and that is the reason why many people have closed their account there. NetBanking, mobile banking is good...overall staff is not cooperative

Internet banking is useless.
For any simple task need to visit branch for which they take their own sweet time.
