★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst private bank branch I have ever seen and the Branch officials including Manager Mr. Ajay Kumar will give you feel of government office. I visited branch to open up Salary account and the response is "person is not available, come tomorrow". If the branch closure timing is 4PM then why on earth there is no point of contact?
Pathetic and truly horrible.

HDFC is cheating customers. .. I'm loosing business but no one is bothered. . .. I will tell all my clients about the worst experience I have had with HDFC..

But manager is good. I asked her to settle down my credit card bill. She helped very professionally and successfully.. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad bank to rely on if you have a hdfc platinum. They charge unnecessarily and heavily mentioning undefined charges that too in this covid times. Also yearly maintenance charge is 750₹ but they charge 880₹.please think twice before getting hdfc. Especially Platinum.
