The place is great with all facilities but the staff isnt helpfull at all. They have an attitude that shouldn't be possessed by customer service professionals. The size of the place can be utilized and an information desk can be usefull at this place as the people can be guided without creating a ruccus. The atms are good and accessible at all times. The parking for this place and the traffic just outside the building is bad at all times. If u are planning to go here and if u dobt like to be stuck in traffic, park ur vehicle somewhere else before visiting. Also there is Adhaar Card services available here, and if you plan on availing them, then you need to line uo outside the branch before 9:30 like i was in the attached pic. Adhaar card services range from changing info on adhaar to making a new one.

I've never seen such worst banking services ..... The process is very slow .... I regret my decision for opening an account in this bank.... Some of the staff members don't even know how to talk .... They're rude...

Worst branch in NCR . Staff dont want to follow RBI guidelines they have created their own rules for red-tapism. They dont answer calls and not even bother to respond on emails. For every query they want you to visit branch and even after that they are not willing to help you.

Worst experience ever with any bank branches including Govt. bank. They kept me waiting for almost 4 hours and then asked to come next day. Staff behavior was not as expected as per HDFC name and past experience. This would probably my last service with HDFC bank.

Very bad service. Never experienced such a worst service and specially, the behavior of staff at the bank branches. they talk to the customer like they are doing a favor on us. I will not recommend HDFC to any body now onwards.

Firstly, thank you for sorting my HDFC Bank salary account problem I have experienced with. I took the ownership for the problem arose in my account as I had other account which lie dormant and had never been activated since 5yrs back. And I wish if there is information in sms text, email or call that there is a collision or problem with both out your account. Why did the banker from the same branch give different answer for the same query? One said it will be activated after 5 minutes, other said an hour and one said 3 to 7 working days and you no need to visit the bank again for the same query but I had to visit twice, if you had told me all requirement on the first visit i am sure you resolve within 1 to 2 days maximum. That made me confused. Anyway special thanks to the Manager, banker counter11(thank you for your special concern since my first visit) ,banker madam Mathur and banker Vipin. One last advice:if there could be more staff help desk and water to drink(self help tap) I believe it will cool down the customer with their frustration while waiting, as the water we brought ourselves finishes soon for the waiting takes lots of time. As one of the most trusted and prestigious private Bank who always work smart with the customer smartly I almost lose the trust and faith I have in the bank.

One of the worst HDFC loan branch I have ever seen, such a rude and pathetic dealing. No one picks up your phone if you have a minor query, you have to come to branch. Gate man was super rude. I suggest don't deal with this particular branch.

THE VERY WORST THING I EXPERIENCED IS THAT I NEVER RECEIVE OTP ON TIME AS COMPARED TO OTHER BANKS DUE TO WHICH THE TRANSACTION TIME GETS OUT and whenever i enter the password portal says wrong otp entered.
