★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too slow with their work. Different systems show different information making our life even harder instead of making it easier. Been visiting this branch whole week all the way from saket for nothing. They keep delaying the work for next day. Like come on people DO YOUR WORK PROPERLY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Lady at the front desk didn't want to do any work and just asked me to sit without any next step. I waited 10 minutes while the counters were empty and finally went back to her to get the work started.
I had to send a correspondence via them to the Singapore branch and it has still not shipped after 2 weeks. There is no way to contact the branch and the staff who gave his contact is of no help. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have account with them since 2004 and later i opened my sole proprietor account. I went to them to change my account from sole proprietor account in to company account. Here start the experiences of worst customer care service from the front desk side first. front desk told me i cant do that here i have to visit one of there office in sector 44 or somewhere after that i ask them i have to verify my signature for that also front desk told me same thing even i explained them this is my main branch, After that they told me speak with your RM which is no longer work there. Later i requested let me talk to branch manager and to my surprise after waiting for 1hr bank manager does not contacted me. right away i went to another bank and opened my new company account there. This is my experience and i dont think i am going to recommend anyone to open account with HSBC.
