The staff is not active and not customer friendly.

Also Google gives wrong direction on the Google Map !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is taking more than a week for an account opening, whereas at the same time I could open an account offline with another branch of the same bank in just 20 minutes. The staff in this branch is unresponsive, whenever I tried to call or message. When asked why account opening is getting late, the staff keeps telling that she doesn't know.Then who knows? HEIGHT OF IRRESPONSIBILITY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't expect such level of bad service from a reputed bank like Hdfc Bank . I've tried reaching out to them in all possible ways for some details on my loan moratorium.. the relationship manager says he doesn't know the procedure and it doesn't fall under his department, the customer care has limited access and no reps to attend our calls.. Nobody from the bank is able to help me in just finding a loan account no. I tweeted about this at least 15 times, tagging their handles and also on the Facebook page. No follow up on the mail chain either. This post is my last resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't get through with the bank customer care regarding Aadhar update appointment. Visiting the bank did no good either as they ask for online appointment reciept.
Also the mail you are saying doesn't work. There is an error while sending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take a ridiculously long amount of time to deliver your kit despite being a large bank. Worse, their employees are not particularly competent. Avoid interacting with them - they don't always give you accurate information. I keep receiving OTPs and random emails about my account getting activated but my welcome kit is nowhere to be found. I suspect there is some massive fraud going on in here. Avoid trusting this bank with a large amount of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Google address is wrong, it's on the 90ft road, near Thakur Polytechnic. Had been there for Aadhar update and must say it's convenient and the lady there is very supportive and helpful.
