★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given educational loan papers in February 2020. Till date their no response from the bank . When I visited bank on 7th July 2020 . Meet the branch manager ask about the loan status. He said we have forward the papers to RCP borivali branch. But till date no response. Ever i have visited that branch there is no proper response from the bank staff as well manager. They don't no educational loan process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been mailing and calling them since 22-Sep-2019, for a small request to stop my insurance premium. Till date they have not reverted back that your request is completed. Ms. Shruti and Mr. Amarendra Kumar from this Thakur Village Kandivali branch are just getting paid by SBI for doing JUST NOTHING. My premium has again been deducted in January 2021, inspite of all the emails and calls. I dont understand what to do now as I am abroad since March 2020, and unable to visit the branch to take their case left and right. Please suggest..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there, branch is okay, bit cramped up , short of space, that's why very crowded as well. Some people are nice and get your work done. What is needed is CDM machine and passbook printing machine 24×7 facility. Note: I already see one New Passbook printing machine had arrived hopefully it'll be installed soon and beside ATM.
