First they said will give required loan amount and after giving processing fees, they said we can't give you required loan and can't refund the professing fees. CHOR company hai. Don't Believe PNB Housing for any finance. My Rs- 6000/- rupees wasted in PNB Housing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When all banks HDFC LIC HFL r charging 6.9 to 7.5% int rate. PNBHFL charging 9.5 to 10% in corona period. First yr they charge 8 to 8.5% .after 1 yr they charge 9.5 to 10%+ int rate Almost equal to personal loan int rate. First they hug to give loan . later kick your hips . Worst Company . Ghatiya Company . Worst business ettiquett . Better to avoid .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had taken home loan from this institution, first things first CHEATERS, first of all, they give you fixed ROI for 5 years, then without your information they increase your tenure when you ask them they reply "As PNBHFR, our benchmark rate had seen few changes in the past financial year, on the context of an increase in the cost of borrowings, hence the balance tenure for the floating term underwent a change."
Even in their statement they are referring to a floating term instead of a fixed term.
When I closed their loan they charged me a huge foreclosure charge which I am to date fighting with them to refund me which they have still not done.
I have approached the consumer forum for help and am also logging my complaint with RBI.
Friends be very careful and don't deal with this NBFC they are out to cheat you BEWARE this is my earnest request please don't bank with them and if you get cheated then please don't regret I have already put in my review about them.
They are not worth a single star but cant post without it. Thats the only reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is housing loan department of PNB. which gives you loan for your new house in affordable interest rate which is best thing. Staff is good and hard working. Ambiance is also good. Documentaion is quite lengthy process. overall nice experience.
it is situated near Magathane. parking is not available for outsiders but have space on service road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class Staff at branch including all members from office boy to ZM. I have HL here and seriously this branch harassed me in terms of updating loan account and amortization report. Sales manager makes false statement, don't trust them. Customer care staff is rude while speaking, they are not eligible in handling qurries. I am following up on email since June 2021 and till now. Visited branch but they keep saying like ho jayega. Complaints made to ZM but he is not responding. This branch must be closed.

I m always demand ing my loan statement after part payment they said for statement they charged ...guys if u r looking for loan don't trust pnb housing finance .....
