★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever dint expected this from hdfc bank.. we applied for new account 2 weeks ago.. n gave 11000 rs cheque. They said we will get account no. In 3 days. It's been 2 weeks still haven't got the no. & Money got debited. How is this possible if your account not opened yet..thn where did our money went. Mr Sanket kotiyar. Is so irresponsible. We are calling 4 times a day. He keeps on giving one or the other fake reasons.. & don't even give us a perfect date when account will be open.. doesn't have courtesy to call back & confirm.. worst experience Please find any other branch or any other bank. But don't waste your time in hdfc bank vashi branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank has assigned me personal banker but they never pick call or call back.also they charge around 35rupees for online standing instuction without any Justification as well as intimation to customer..now it seems hdfc has becomes similar to its peer private bank..only money matter by hook or crook...i donot think it will survive for long term..
Just update more after two week I got call and you would not stop laugh on this.....my personal banker has changed..ha.ha.its whose responsibility to inform customer...also some other person called and given her mail id to contact her on mail...interesting her mail id given to me does not works..(its swati.tayade.in.hdfcbank.com)...also i requested to arrange call back but the caller denied..
In short after one and half month no solution..

I raised complaint with customer care but they told me that they can do nothing but if I have a problem with sms that I receive, I can go to nearest branch
I told them that I do not want to go out unnecessary but they had no automated online process ,
What more
I got a link to login for netbanking and also OTP of some other customer
