The same floor houses HDFC LTD., HDFC Bank, HDFC Securities. So, a one stop place.
No wheelchair access / Lift / Escalator
Staff at all 3 offices are quite co-operative and to the point.
Would appreciate a glass of water at least the next time.

I am trying to request since December for some executive to visit me and complete the formalities, but no one is responding... I don't know what to do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EVEN THOUGH BANKING WITH HDFC AND HDFC LTD SINCE 15 YRS PLUS, THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS ABSOLUTLY PATHETIC. A SIMPLE CLOSURE AND NEW APPLICATION CANT BE PROCESSED PROPERLY. NO ONE ANSWERS THE LANLINE NUMBER, AT THE BRANCH, WAITING IS ALMOST FOR AN HOUR. NOT SURE IF ITS THE FALSE PRIDE OR THE STAFF ATTITUDE THATS MAKING THEM PATHETIC IN NATURE.

1. Basic information about loan account are not shown properly shown on account.
2.You can not do part payment online...you have to visit branch to pay only through cheque (during pandemic also).
