★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is bank ka slogan hai RESPONSIBLE BANKING lekin yah bank bilkul hi IRRESPONSIBLE BANKING hai.Bank auction karke bidder ko bulate ho aur bidder 6-6 ghante bank me baitha rahata hai aur koi bhi staff koi response nahi deta hai.Badi muskil se bidder request kar kar ke jaise taise 6/7 ghante baith kar payment kar ke pouch lene ke liye intjar karta hai.Pata nhi kab approval aayega.Approval aane me pura pura din nikal jata hai.Bidder bank me bevkuf ke jaisa baitha rahata hai.Bank ki taraf se ya staff ki taraf se koi response nahi milta hai.Yah kaisi RESPONSIBLE BANKING HAI.Staff kahta hai phone karke aana. Staff ko phone karne ke baad jawab milta hai aap firse phone karna Mai ( staff ) approval mila ya nhi dekhkar batata hun.Bidder sochta hai chalo ab approval aa jayega.Lekin approval nhi aata hai.Approval aane ke baad bhi pouch milne me 2 din lag jaate hai.Front office aur back office me koi taal Mel hi nhi hai.Is baat per dhyan de.

This bank has NO MANAGER who can take responsibility .. or provide DEFINITIVE answers
The "merry" staff, although very polite .. seems to be NOT adequately authorized, to attend to the actual needs of an average retail customer
Practically ALL documentation (of a non-volatile nature) is processed, vetted & issued by some godforsaken remote "Back Office" .. while the branch staff is deliberately kept out-of-the-loop
Clearly .. the branch is HAMPERED by the inherent inefficiency of this "Central Back Office" model
The branch personnel are not permitted to use their OWN discretion .. even as the "Central" Back Office (which wields all the authority), fails MISERABLY at discharging even simple tasks, within a reasonable period of time

I have observed that the Bank has no ethics at all, the staff will sell their product to you and you will be left with no support or help from them. They deduct fees as per their will and do not inform or acknowledge. Absolute cheats. The staff is only there to kill 8 hours get experience and move out to other banks. Close the account and move out to new small pvt banks they will welcome you and offer best service. I will close the account on maturity of my deposits. The bank most likely will be taken over by some big fish. I do not see any future for this bank and specifically this branch
