understandable- u should envisage seeing the bank has not even updated its address despite shifting 3 years back....

Arrogant teller counters. They don't care what ever category of banker you belong to.
Hopes are less to seek any assistance from this specific branch.

No body picks up phone.
Staff do not listen to anyone.
Marketing person sleep in office instead of visiting clients.
Female staff are untrained, they do not under anything.
Only one person was helpful there

First they said there is no service in y postal area and they automatically delivered to home branch at mumbai without updating me. And then even on making multiple calls they didn't redirected to my nearest Branch in pune.
