★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. I had all kind of experience others stated. No notification for increase in rate. When rate is reduced you have visit the office doesnt matter which part of the world you live. You have to visit the office for everything that is the worst part. Additionally you have to pay to reduce the rate. That too the rates are not competitive. And damn excuses when you try to transfer loan. Go for SBI (You will not have to regret).

Staff is not coopretive and very impatient. Giving loan and knowing its procedure is their full time job not ours. But here we have to take care of everything. You have to pay 1500 rs in dd or check to reduce the rates. They do not accept cash. Stupid rules to harass the customers.

Amol Gaike ji -Manager of FC branch- please make a note of this issue and action as it's happen 3rd time and I've escalated to you earlier as well on mail

No email subject line and lots of spelling mistakes and not logical emails at all. Wont recommd this center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existing Customer.Very pathetic service by branch and housing finance.They increase Interest Rate immediately when RBI increase base rate but not decrease after RBI rate change to low. I am paying very high 9.5% Interest rate compare to market rate 8.35%.
I recommend to not get loan from this branch and any LIC housing finance branch over pan india.
Please Stay Away from LICHFL.
