★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply pathetic no coordination amongst the branches and head office. They hardly know what is going on. Frequent answers is " I cant do anything you need to wait"
They just behave like aliens and don't know that they are working for IDBI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLZ GO THROUGH MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE JOINING AND OPENING ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK and BRANCH
REASONS.....
1) I opened account here in 3 rd November 2020.
As per Bank guidelines My Debit card, pasbook and Cheque book after 2 months later.
My address was right but branch.
After that Branch lost my accessories.
I got only TARIKH PE TARIKH.
2) FINALLY Branch gave me one pas book ,ATM card and Cheque book
But BRANCH ACCUSED ME OF OWNING 2 PASSBOOK
THEY CHECHED MY HOME,
MANGER MR POTDAR. BEHAVED WITH ME ARROGANTLY. AND said you will be througn out the Bank.
One WHO opens (a youngenst employee) ACCOUNT was most arrogant all of them after MR POTDAR.
AND I faced their arrogance, abuseness.
So THINK BEFORE GOING THERE.

They are least interested about their customer.I deposited my cash in the ATM machine,the problem was with the machine.Out of service machine later I received a call in the RBI policy saying that the cash cannot be given back it might get 2 days or more.worst ever experience with them I have closed my account please people close down your accounts if you face any issue as their cooperation is useless.Arogant staff name mentioned “Tanushree Shrivastav” is the only reason of closing down my account from IDBI bank Fc road branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced very bad service. IDBI numbers are always busy and also hey don't respond to emails. I felt i to be improved for customer satisfaction. I don't know when these guys understand the value of customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel extremely extremely extremely cheated by the education loan department ma'am. Maybe she would be the reason that i may have to sucide.
They just transferred our home loan and now are not ready to approve the education loan sooner.
I am so sorry to say this.
I never thought i had to say this considering their overwhelming and flattering tone of confidence saying "are ho jayga, tum tension mat lo".
And this is waht i got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, staff is so rude and mannerless. They least value the time of customer. FC road home loan branch i want to name here few staff but believe me they dont even deserve 1star. Hopeless staff. Donot extend any help. They behave like they are doing some nasa work and least bothered to even pay attention to u. Other banks like hdfc, hsbc have much much better customer service. Pathetic and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no professionalism in the employees. Its like typical govt office where people keep waiting for their work to be done. Employees don't care about doing anything as per process and make people keep coming again and again for same work. I would not recommend anyone to take any loan or do any business with this bank. Their Internet banking services are so ridiculous as much as the attitude of the employees. Also home loan department never answer the phone. My email id automatically got updated with wrong spelling mistake during their system upgrade and now I'm not even getting emails for statements or not able to login to their home loan login portal
