★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never left a negative review in my life , but this one is needed to bring awareness amongst those who still have faith in Govt Banks . The Bank Manager is an extremely arrogant lady ( prefer not to name her here) having terrible mood swings , i came up with a request to grant me an NOC letter , instead of hearing she started backfiring me in a high pitch , most of the staff is old and do not have refurbished knowledge about the unrevised norms released by the RBI . Even the young employees have no interest in staying updated with the current norms of the banking systems .
I would like to thank the Regional Office manager Mr. Kumbhar for hearing out to me , and giving a call to my branch and helping me getting it done , otherwise the losses would have been enormous.
Union bank of India has always been known for its helpful employees , The employees were good but the bank itself places such a low value on customer service... most especially when one is in FC road branch.
