★ ★ ★ ★ ★ understand to your employees not a client. we all, where i worked in client location, those all shro employees are facing lot of issues. and about notice period you have to take care of your employees not a client, on off latter showing 1 month and when you are leaving on that time you're hr says you have to complete 2 months of notice period.i am posting this review after 2.6 yrs experience in shro.

I am writing review for the "support and services team". This office lies on the ground floor.
Actual shro systems are authorised distributor of Microsoft products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Give some value to your employee whom you intake so that they don't feel unsafe at there workplace. When you send your employee to client location for office IT support dont let the client send you for field visit or should be properly mentioning this before interview by the client are they comfortable with that because the client Manager are not cooperative and there way of talking is that you have to visit this place through public transport anyhow but don't expect convenience fee or allowance from us already salary structure is low and furtherly they state this after joining have some professional value to your employee. My recommendation is don't join here you will be fired at any time by client as there behavior is not nice and they give unnecessary burden in the name of asset management pressure. In the Covid situation client manager forcing you to visit during office hours to some office and couldn't guarantee for allowance make some commitments before to the joiner what if in this situation joiner gets sick in public transport? Will the organization pay to him? They will rehire some other employee in the name of bad performance and if you are being send through Ola and all i.e private transport that will be from own pocket because they give blackmailing in the name of we have others who will do this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic management...when I went for interview there before I got to known that interview will be taken by main director but at that time interview was taken from junior level employee but same they keep u on waiting nd after that they said director goes for meeting hence u will get vedio call interview...they didn't care of candidate...pathetic recruitment systems,they dont tell us briefly on job posting...when u go for interview that time would get the idea.
I really disappoint from their recruitment team.
