★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude desk people. They demand a lot of charges even for smallest of change. Being an engineer, we know cost of an item and they literally asked for double of it. They wont even quote an estimate without paying certain charges. Atleast HP should be able to share quotes freely as we already own a product from them.

Big Thumps Down ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service centre. Front desk executive don't have any technical knowledge.
For any minor issue they take 4-5 days.
They don't even check device in front of you and asks to submit it and collect after 4-5 days.
And as per conversation they don't have hdmi/usb cables to check port functionality.lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is a laptop service point which has everything manual. It take 8-10 min on the watch for the lady to register a customer.. She felt offended when I pointed out that the process should be more system driven. Hope I am not overcharged and billed what is not damaged on my laptop.. Fingers crossed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my HP laptop here due to keyboard issue. They took it and did not respond at all. After repeated calls from my side they kept telling me wait for 2 weeks, then another week then one more week, etc. This way they took more than 40 days to replace a keyboard. Also the battery was dead, dirty & bottom rear support was broken. These guys are highly unprofessional especially the girl at reception is impolite, terrible and ignorant. After so much of harrasment kindly avoid this place for your own good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my 1 year old HP laptop was just dead and was not powering on. So I went the only authorised service centre in pune. First problem is finding a parking on busy JM Road. They do not repair the laptop and will just replace the part. For my laptop they said that motherboard was dead and will need replacement. The cost of new motherboard was 75000 which was more than my laptop purchase price. So I just got it back and gave it to a local repair shop who did the job much cheaper.

I need to bring my laptop for two times under a month for a same problem still they can't fix that.
There is guy in front desk is very rude behaviour. I told him to make partition and make local disc C 250Gb and he made it 451Gb.then i ask to re-create it and he replied "bas kro kitni bar kroge."
