★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service are good in Repair Department. But you have to stand in queue. Very polite person i have ever seen. I repaired my mobile free of cost for software updation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management and slow process. There are 4 counters here and only 2 are taking the process for submissions and complaint registry. Each counter is taking atleast 20min to handle this, new customers are directly joining in between others submissions and they are solving their issues as well while the queue is waiting, sitting there like cows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service, Customer support contact always switch off and busy, people are not co-operative, while buying a mobile first class service and while service centre visit they are 3rd class service, staircase and full of queue and mosquitos and splits, it stings and worst condition.

First i go there for replacing my one plus bullet z . But they said now they dont have stock. Go to a another service center or wait for 5-6 days again.
Then i said i deposit my earphone but they said we don't take early, come back later after 5-6 days Or come after call us.
As per they said i call them but they said they don't have now. Then i told them that my warranty get over.
So they said come and deposit your earphones and call again after 2-3 day.
If earphones comes they will inform me...
So if they had facility to take product early
Why they don't take my earphone at first visit ?.
They waste my time and money also ?
