I m 9 months pregnant still they are asking me to go from one counter to another not only this they are arguing with each other why are you sending to me and all in front of me .. pls check this or else will have to raise a strict complaint against this process...myself being hdfc employee this is the condition. What normal people must be facing ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I cant give anything less than a one star. Pathetic service. Employees are unaware of the system. Simple things like a name change can be a task for them. Extremely pathetic service. Not expected from a bank like HDFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened 2 saving a/c at Hyde park branch few months back. Mr. Shubham Sonavane was the representative from the bank. He was only keen for opening new a/c and later I found that he kept few things hidden from us & later when asked he said while a/c opening you didn’t ask regarding it. It was his duty to inform banks terms & conditions. There’s a vast difference between service given before opening an a/c & after opng of a/c. ( Negative ratings (- 5 ⭐️ )

He is a very patient listener, helped me solve my transaction problems, BUT the RUDE BRANCH MANAGER SANDEEP MUKHERJEE has no manners while talking to his employees, he shouts loudly in bank and treats everyone like TRASH. I HOPE HIS SICK BRAIN RECOVERS SOON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have submitted application for Account Transfer from Mumbai Central branch to Market yard as it is nearby my Home. Pathetically it's been more than one week and they are not even able to do it. I went there two times. They took my number saying they ll call me immediately but They did not bother to call once in last 8 days. And this is the behaviour after me being Preferred customer. I never had such bad experience at Mumbai Central. They have always been welcoming and easy to approach. I would have given minus rating if provided.
