★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I had visited HDFC, Narayangaon branch on 18th October to close my saving account. I had filled up closing form and handed over to Mr. Sagar Hande. Mr Sagar had suggested me to withdraw all money. I withdraw all money but till date they have not closed my account and now they are asking me to pay Rs 2500/- as I kept account balance zero. I dont want to pay hard earned money, feeling like cheated and planning to move to consumer forum.
