★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services and they don't even know what''s the meaning of customer satisfaction. Every time they have SERVER issues at the deposition counter while everyone uses the same net in every other cubicle in branch.
I have been observing this from last 4 months. The tellers (Krati and another) are very slow and always talking to each other or fiddling with phones. At break, one should be there for work but both were gone and wasted my 45 minutes for deposition. Very unprofessional.
