I went for address update in ppf account and get a cheque book.
First representatives issues a cheque book on ppf accounts no.. When I mentioned that to her.. She did overwriting on cheque book and now cheque book seems like nursury school kid book.
No one accept that cheque.
Insted of updating address in ppf account she updated wrong address in all my 3 account ppf, saving and credit card..
Now ny address is showing Maharashtra address..
Representative was more concerned to get fixed deposit from me..
She is waste of time, she took 45 minutes and because of all this silly mistake I am wasting more time...do not go to her at least in icici bank.
