★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most inefficent HDFC branches you can go to. They reach out to you only once a year - during March, when they have meet targets of their investnent selling instruments. Rest of the year they dont care to get the even basics done right. There are many other branhes you can explore to have your account

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ineffcient. They are very slow to even get the basics done on time- or maybe they dont care. I had an urgent need to get my address updated and submitted all the documents as required. 15 days passed and they did not act. Bad experience Other HDFC branches are much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing customer service. I deposited 80k and he gave me the whole slip back without taking banks slip.
After one hour of money not being credited to my account, I get a call saying "Ma'am how much did you deposit"
It's been 2 hours and still not deposited. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL.
