★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch will shut down their operations from 22-9-18. So it is preferable not to visit their as it may effect your work. It is in Unitech Business Park not in Nirvana Courtyard. Dont confuse with the name of Nirvana Branch as other banks there are using their branch name as Unitech Business Park. Unitech Business Park is located in Nirvana Country and that come the name Nirwana. Branch is very good, neat and clean and very well managed, having kiosk machines which will full fill all the customer requirement. Total staff of 3 was observed including Security and house-keeping. Staff is cooperative and no waiting is observed during peak bank hour of 11 o clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited bank during 14-19 Sept 2020 to open an account for my house hold help. I visited 4 times and got continuous reply that bank server is not operational. in current times in which banks are providing remote account openings in 10mins, this branch and it's manager doesn't care if system is down for 5 days. There is no accountability from bank site.
