★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employes behavior was very very bad.they don't know anything about banking system.i waited 3hours only for my own account statement.but they din't give my account statement.employes knowledge about banking was very less .so I request everybody please don't open account in hosakerehalli branch, Bangalore.

I have done the transaction by using UPI on feb 4th amount of rs 4000/-, it was debited in my account and it does not reached in to the recever , all most 80 working days completed. Still i didt recived any refund amount am suffering a lot of it .even i sent the mails to local branch banks but no responce since this is querentine time am not able to goto bank but emergency situation pls understand and Please take action on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible staff: I visited the branch to convert my savings account to NRO and open a new NRE account. They created the new accounts horribly wrong and never help the customers for the wrong doings from their side.
People the only way to get things done from this branch is by providing poor rating.
