★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public sector Banks in India (SBI, etc.) have had a long ride for cushy secured jobs and lousy service. Thats partly why they are sought after jobs sine years. The private banks as ICICI on other hand are different. They have advantage of getting away due to population: supply and demand, unions and such. Further the jobs caste reservations system does not require productivity or efficiency. An absolute dream for many !!! Ofcourse someone else has to pay costs for this - unfortunately and sadly its poor customers. Nothing to complain but something to admire and envy .....!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is under the scrutiny for heavy money laundering. Now the bank is after honest depositors asking to renew KYCs as a face saver. Don't be surprised if some one else's details end up on your mobile or email. I get account details of two people with huge deposits. Previous manager had to quickly vacate his chair. And the ladies who work their solicit every business other than banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst experience I had, having & will have, dimwitted staff doesn't have proper knowledge, least bothered to understand what the customer needs, before one enters this bank I suggest u say these words to urself "This is the worst day of my life".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is good but the staff is highly unorganised. The manager of this branch is the most unorganised, unprofessional, impatient,not customer centric. I wish all the services of this bank is completed by robots so that our expectations will be less (from machines). More than the manager one of the staff member is more disciplined and so is the watch man who respects elderly people and tries to treat them like humans.
