★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! The staffs including the management has no etiquette about how to treat their customers, they don't even give a damn about customer's queries directly they'll reject us. Because of such management even well organized banks gets negative remarks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to ask for gold loan. Accounts manager don’t know what’s the procedure. And the “madam” who takes care of gold loan don’t know what to do. I said I need to on urgent “ he said it’s not possible if urgent” he says I need to understand his problem of not knowing the procedure of loan”. It should be he understands my problem and help me instead. And he said manager is on leave one month. Can u believe manager goes one month leave. What a tragedy of banking system. Govt salary brings arrogance in people and charbi in their body” nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any work will take at least 3 visits to get done. You will have to run from pillar to post to get tens of signatures. Staff starts work late, goes on long lunch breaks and stop work at 3 PM. Any time you go the branch is packed with people.
