★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Account manager don’t know procedure for giving gold loan he directed me to the lady sitting inside cabin who give money and takes gold once approved. Interestingly she have no clue about procedure. Excuse given by great acc manager is that main branch manager is on leave for 1 month. So it ll take long time.
No commonsense that a person who comes with gold for loan means he is in some emergency. But that doesn’t matter for then.
But they r ok give 1600 Cr loan without proper security to a liquor merchant who spoiled life of people by selling liquor n enjoying life abroad without repaying n this bank has no ability to recover loan. THIS BRANCH SUCKS
