★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience to deal with teller is worst. The person sitting on the seat of teller are too too slow. They normally take 15 minutes to deposit the cash and to clear the cheque. Overall a badly manAged and in efficient staff at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is not looks like any private bank if you want to know that how government or public sector bank employees behave this is right place to visit for understand. Hdfc bank is nice but branch is bad because of employees behavior. Too much crowded and you have to face long waiting hour. Looks like a government bank. You will feel that so if you want to take this kind of feeling you can visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened my account on December 26 at Yamuna Vihar Branch (0395). I submitted my all documents and I got the account kit from the branch, but to date, the account has not been opened. HDFC Bank will have such poor service. I was NOT hoping. please help us for resolving my query as soon as possible otherwise my salary will getting delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Collect My Credit Card From This Branch, But the person who Provide Card was not Present, So If one person Is unavailable then the Whole Work Got STOP, I sees Many Customer Got back without Getting Their Respective Cards, I am Very Disappointed To See Such Good Banks Treat Their Customer Like this.

Worst service By HDFC on this Branch.
They said it will took 4 days but It's all about 10 days and they don't completed address verification for salaried account.
This Branch is a Black spot On HDFC good image for Quick and Fast service.
Even This Branch is Worst than SBI banks Branch.
If You are thinking about to open A savings Account near By Yamuna Vihar just walk few more steps from HDFC and visit BOI .....BOI opens account and gives you everything in a Week.
