★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch .. worst employee.. worst branch manager.. they deduct amount for non maintenance without informing me.. I visited the branch they said h have to pay fr that .. I will definitely take it forward if they don’t reverse the amount .. as per RBI bank can’t charge for non maintenance.. pathetic services .. they are cheaters ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service from HDFC and their employees. First they show offers on net banking and once you trying to avail that, they asked for un-necessary documents, once you failed to provide, they decline your loan.All they want is bribe, to sanction your loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the pathetic HDFC branch in Noida. Worst of all. Keeps customer waiting for more than 45mins. Entire staff goes into meeting after opening the branch. Puts stupid to man the help desk who has no clue what to tell waiting customers. Useless staff and no professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management system. HDFC bank is a private bank and there should be facility like private bank. People have to stand at long queue to deposit their money. And bank use only one counter for deposit for which people suffers alot coz they have to wait such a long hours to deposit their own money. I have my three current account and 5 savings account in this branch but now I am planning withdraw the same because I am not getting the benefits as expected from a private bank. If bank resolve this problem within one week then its fine.. or else i dont have any option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible bank ever!! I wanted to get my bank statements attested from the bank on their letterhead and this branch said that that their printer isn’t working! Such a big organisation, and not even one printer is working?! How do you guys work without a printer? The other branch said that the servers are currently down. I wish I had never opened my salary account with this bank ?
