β β β β β One of the worst branch, No body is bothered for anything. A Neat Transaction Took 2 days to initiate and Account transfer with in same bank/branch is waiting since 2 Hours and no one is responding.

β β β β β One of the fraud bank , if u once open your account and not use for few months , then your account goes minus balance so many charges will be added . They don't inform to customer about this.

β β β β β Worst branch. Most of the executives are busy on their personal phone calls. Branch manager is not available from almost 2hour. The executive Suraj Kumar who is responsible for closing my current account is not on his seat from last 2hours. Assistant branch manager is giving me alternate solutions so that they donβt have to work on my problem. It is being almost 1month I am trying to close my current account here. And they always 1 new thing which is missing in my documents. And when every document is ready they are asking all the partners of the company to visit branch and sign again.

β β β β β A CASE OF HARRASMENT BY BANK EXECUTIVE. They misbehaved badly as when I went ahead and explained my story to them, they simply disregarded it and called it a cooked up story. I have been a good customer for many years with the bank and with this experience, I urge people to immediately shift, as noone's going to address your concerns when you need them to.
After repeated calls/emails/queries raised, my concern still remains unaddressed, and they keep tossing my calls around.
Horrible customer experience and servicing.

Good bank ? for businessman , clearing check β in one day. Indusind bank provide us innovative services one of the extraordinary bank in India really I love Indusind service , mobile?banking and internet banking service is awesome, this bank make future in India, but bank branch of this location's staff need to improvement regarding fast service. Only one cash ? it need to increase.
