★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a medical policy from HDFC Ergo since last 3 years (i.e since 2011) , it was october - 13 when my wife got admitted to a hospital & i used my policy , i was overwhelmed by the time they took in pre & final approval , i got it only in half an hour & they even kept updated through entire process via SMS on my registered mobile number. Apart from this i received my Pre & Post hospitalization expenses within 5 days of my sending the bills.
In totality my overall experience with HDFC Ergo is such that i am planning to purchase a Term policy for 1 Cr from Ergo itself & for sure i will always prefer it for my future insurance needs & even suggest everyone in my circle for the same .

They can't do a work properly. it's been 2 months i claimed but there query doesn't end i already provided everything to them still they ask for more documents i don't know what they need more is my property paper or my life i am fed up with them worst experience with them
