★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing staff!! I visited the bank to open NRE account in the month of October 2020 and till date the bank is not able to assist me. They asked me to visit the bank multiple times and each time they asked for different details or documents. When I moved abroad there was no progress at all. When I called and asked details they asked for more info and said will send me an email. I have been waiting for the email but no response. Now when I call to check, there is no response from the bank. Worst service ever. Do not open your account in HDFC bank and specifically in Gangama circle branch. Worst ever service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank services are horrible. They are not able to setup an account properly. We me and my wife have accounts with this bank. I am also a preferred customer. We tried to open an account for my daughter
The account is setup. With a miss spelled name, even after submitting the adhaar card copy....it's been 1.5 months they are yet to change it.
I understand the situation of pandemic. However, if I would have defaulted on my EMI would the bank sit quite in this situation.
Pathetic services from hdfc bank gangamma circle branch...I am posting this review as I am not getting response from bank or my preferred banker........
I know for the review there will be a classic reply stating write to us on so and so email....address...if you do you job correctly...then why should we customers post a review .....about your service ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe not all banks are perfect but they have tried their best to provide trustworthy and quality services. I have always recieved good services from HDFC Bank jalahalli. They have always served my banking even during covid times.The manager is always compliant towards queries and helped me making wise investments which enabled me to hedge so many risk during these times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response from the bank staff members just for a KYC process was very bad, they just kept giving reasons and asked me to visit other branches. Not at all concerned about other branch customers incase of emergency work as well. Customer service is thus very disappointing in this particular branch, can do much better
