★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and Pathetic employees. None of the employees are on the same page for deceased account not even the then manager Manoj Kumar. Just because we don't have any male member at home they took us for granted. I took my neighbor who is a renowned business man along with me to talk about the same and the PB manager's ego was so hurt that he started behaving so rude. He even denied his duty to settle the account next day. Till six months he has given wrong information on settlement of deceased TDR with nominee. He does not listen nor he can communicate well. Imagine how pathetic people can be and show the power of patriarchy? PB manager Shridhar Gopal SBI jalahalli Branch dont forget u get salary because of the customers. Improve ur behaviour. Luckily there are good people too like the present main branch manger, he assisted us in just 10 minutes. Thanks to you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVER-ISSUE BANK OF INDIA.
Useless employees, totally incompetent, Everytime I visit with a purpose their response is "NO NETWORK" or "NO SERVER". I took a day off from my job and the result is total waste of time. They don't even know how to plugin and plug out a LAN cable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious, oragised & well directed to appropriate counter. Courteous staff, vehicle parking is a big draw back, vehicles have to be parked in front of ? or on the side narrow road, in fact right opposite the bank, across the road there is sufficient place, but not allowed to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't Pay Bescom Electric Bills thro SBI autopay
There is a fraud and loop hole in SBI service
1. Electric bill get paid promptly from our account and amount get debited
2. BESCOM bill comes with arrears for the same amount after 3 weeks
3. When Autopay is made we don't get any confiramtion from BESCOM that we paid
4. When we go to SBI branch, concerned staff/Dy. Manager say we are not responsible we have cut and paid go to BESCOM
5. BESCOM says get SBIN number, and SBI says it is auto pay we don't generate.
6. 3 months BESCOM gets money suddenly BESCOM show arrears
7. Between two government organization I have gone to their offices several time but this is not yet resolved
8. Again for Rs2170 current month again BESCOM bill showing arrears
