★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic experience I had twice and worst response from the hospital... Twice on emergency reason (accident) I had been thr.. they have a ambulance out side the hospital always but they don't arrange travel for emergency... They say u go to some other hospital as doc not thr... No facilities etc... Never recommended... Especially not on emergency situation... Waste of time totally...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and treatment is excellent but the lady who gives the token is very rude to the patients and she does not give respect to the elder once she's is not fit for the job . Pls take necessary action against her or give her some class regarding human values . Shame on her .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Healthcare Management Trust Hospital is a non-commercial hospital. Here doctors are well experienced and few are retired and doing their services with minimal fees, I went for a consultation for Orthopaedics Dr. Seshan, the way he is receiving patients and knowing their problem clearly and giving medicines is very pleasant.

Addressing to a patient,who can just walk into a doctor's cabin, while she's examining another patient.. without knowing that they are entering into the privacy of another patient..demanding for an injection immediately at 2:00pm... without the doctor prescription..when u ask your well behaved patient to wait for their turn..but still gave the correct treatment without any delay, patients call it animal behaviour!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital and good doctors available too. I am giving 4 star because in sunday there is no doctors available in morning. It has emergency window but there also doctors are not available 24x7. Consultant fee is 150 only. One more thing is that there is fix timing 2-3 hours for availability of doctors. there are different doctors available in different days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radiologyst is rudely speaking with patients, he have to maintain patience, when I told him speak properly he said you are not paying me, then is he working free for hmt?
but we are paying in cash counter (250 rs for consultation and 400rs X-ray) and thats why this cultureless fellow is getting payment. This commensence is not he have, he is only a servant in HMT hospital.
CMO Dr: Udaykumar has to be take a counselling on that Useless fellow.

the waiting time for consultation is 2hours and again 2hours for showing him x-ray report. Que system is not good. You should have patience and 4 to 5 hours of time to spare.worst
