THEY DO NOT TRNSMIT INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS FOR SUBMMISSION OF FORM 15G/15H &THEIR FURTHER UPDATION IN SYSTEM. NEEDS THEIR ATTENTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better service at the nationalised bank which I never expected the same from any of the nationalised bank. Really appreciate the staff here for their customer friendly attitude. One star less for no car parking and needs space for improvement. Hope they work towards it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting this bank from 16 years. It's a decent bank to work with. But please switch on the A/C its gets hot and stinking inside even during Covid-19 pandemic, your banks revenue is 14,190.45 crores INR (US$2.0 billion) in 2018 switching on the A/C will cause no negative impact on your balance sheet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi! This Is the worst bank I have come across. The manager Nitesh kumar doesn't know basic manners of how to talk to customer. The staff evertime feel that the customers coming there are asking for there favour. I have a NRI Account in bank of baroda indiranagar branch which was Transfer to jalahalli branch and the staff in Jalahalli branch has taken good number of 5 months just to activate,.
