β β β β β Wrost staff, poor customer service by their staff, they took my 1.5 hrs to help me on my problem and at the end they told me please visit your home branch we can't provide you resolution. I was surprised by their behavior because it was not looking like hdfc bank staff.

Have to wait for hours in queue for a simple task to be done .
Employees work at snail's speed , everything about this branch is so outdated .
Opened an account in this branch thinking private banks would be responsive and fast when compared to even worse govt banks , but this branch proved me wrong.
Suggestion for the branch manager : If you have handed over so much tasks to information desk , why dont you get two people to work !
And this is not only once that I had to go through this , but third time that i faced this ordeal . Hence writing this review .

Sorry to say I have not accepted this kind of service from a reputed private bank like you. I have applied for my new saving account with debit card and its been 20 days i have not received my debit card. I also communicated to the respective branch, I have been continuously said that it will reach home after 3-4 days but that day haven't come yet.
Please think twice to avail the service from this bank!
