★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcome desk Person is not at all helpful. His name is Mr Shetty dont know his first name big guy with the small brain thinks that he is the ceo of that brank with lot of work. Not proper management at all. Really sad to say this bank come in top 10 banks but due to this people this bank cannot be at no. 1 ever. Hope you will inprove atleast now. Be helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had repaid our personal loan on 2nd Sept 2021 online but still we are waiting for for-closer letter from bank. I had send so many mail and did calls but until now no response so far . very disappoint with HDFC bank Service.
