5 Paisa is one of the worst broker. The company is literally looting customer. Anyone who already have accound they will understand and can see transactions of deductions.
Very expensive to trading, lot of charges like transaction, delay charges, maintenance , Demat maintenance, DP and many more.
For customer support is very poor. I have raised request to close my account and refund my 103.26 ruppees. in DEC- 2020. Afterwards I did not do anything (no trading, buy , purchase etc.) still my account will be empty within some days.
From this all you might realize how is service and charges. Anyone who feels anything is false or not true, contact me will show my ledger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst app.5paisa harrashes its customers with company calls and forces you invest in app. And when you invest they deduct many hidden charges from you.Don't go over 5 star rating all are fake and paid review.And when you try to close your account they would not let you to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pathetic brokerage service..Money transferred to dmat gets stuck even after getting debited from the bank account, withdrawals shows successful in the app yet money doesnt reaches ur bank account. Customer servise is pathetic with executives concentrating more on there diction and accent rather then solving the problem in hand..too many hisden charges..laggy application with no fluidity..charts wont load when u need them..loss of trade due to stuck transaction.

They dont call u back or give you proper information.You have to keep calling them 100 times to get a job done . And every time you call they'll say something new and harass you by delaying everything. Worst platform to invest. Please invest your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company. Once you open the account , they will never close it even if you beg 2000 times evwn if your balance is in credit . After 4 years without absolutely using 5 paisa , they took my 500 rs which was the balance left also impose 150 rs some fake charge and still not closing it . Please never open am account , once you open an accpunt , rhere is no way to close it.
