Also this ICICI bank branch is closed and moved 300m ahead.... I have edited the map, and attaching images here...hopefully it will get updated in the map.
After 04.30 they don't allow you to get in inside...so be on time.
Staffs are ok and responsive.
Lot of rush is there so preferred weekdays..
Parking is not there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ICICI bank branch is closed and shifted 400m ahead straight towards station on LBS road 6 months ago , Google team should remove this from Map to misguide people wasting lot of time searching around place.
New branch serves loan department also but note there is no parking outside bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES. VERY VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE . HAD APPLIED FOR A LOAN AND GAVE ALL THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION ADDITIONALLY WAITED FOR 1 WHOLE MONTH WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION AND THEN OUT OF NOWHERE THEY INFORM ME THE LOAN IS NOT POSSIBLE. IF IT WAS SOO SKEPTICAL THEY COULD'VE INFORMED ME PRIOR BUT NO I WASTED A WHOLE MONTH BEHIND THIS STUPID BANK FOR NOTHING. VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ICICI SERVICES TO ANY ONE AS IT WOULD BE A BIG WASTE OF TIME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst unprofessional banking services ever dealt with. They messed by ECS and I ended up paying extra to restart my loan. They sent goons, recovery agents and harassed my parents. I had to fly back to get the issue sorted. So many emails sent all responded with ridiculous responses, looks like the bank is full of illiterate staff so are the managers who does not care at all. I am still suffering.
Even though i have ECS for my loan Icici bank has charged me with late payment fees and interest, how pathetic is the service levels of the bank in stealing hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, especially when you are looking for loans. Making the Customer run around and follow up at each step. No responsibility or ownership and zero Regard for customer commitments. They keep blaming everyone around rather than take responsibility and solve situations. Not recommended for loans.
